Refund Policy

PublicLeads sells programmatically generated datasets delivered as instant CSV downloads. The pricing model ($29–$99) reflects cost-recovery on a no-subscription, no-refund-program basis. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
All sales are final.
Datasets are delivered immediately upon payment. Once a CSV has been downloaded, the product cannot be returned.
1. Before you buy
Every list page shows what you’ll receive before checkout. Use it to confirm the product matches your needs:
- Sample preview (5 real records shown on every list page)
- Total record count, corporate-email %, average Google rating
- Geographic scope (city / state-province / country)
- Pricing comparison to alternatives (Apollo $99+/month, ZoomInfo, ContactOut)
- Email support@publicleads.com if you have pre-purchase questions
2. Discretionary refunds for material discrepancies
If you believe the delivered data materially differs from what the page preview described — for example, significantly fewer records than stated, or widespread inaccurate contact details — email support@publicleads.com within 7 days of purchase with:
- Your order email
- Specific examples of the discrepancy (record names, fields, counts)
We review each request individually and may issue a refund or a replacement dataset at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline requests where the delivered data matches the described specifications, or in cases of suspected abuse.
3. Stripe chargebacks — please read
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in a permanent ban from PublicLeads. We’re a small operation — please email us first if anything’s wrong. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
